Membership Terms & Policies

Effective Date: May 27th, 2025

1. Membership Duration & Cancellation

  • Each membership includes a minimum commitment period of either 3 or 6 months, depending on the plan selected. This is specified clearly in each plan’s description.
  • Early cancellation will result in a cancellation fee equal to one month’s membership cost.
  • After the minimum commitment period (3 or 6 months, depending on the plan), memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their membership if they no longer wish to continue. Cancellations require at least 15 days’ notice via email or in person.
  • The salon will not cancel memberships on behalf of clients unless requested in writing.
  • Clients may also cancel directly using the cancellation button provided in their email receipt.
 

2. Payment Policy

  • Membership fees are billed automatically every month on the date of enrollment.
  • Payments are non-refundable, even if services are not used.
  • If a payment fails, a grace period of 5 days will be granted. After this, the membership will be paused until payment is received.
  • Your card will be securely stored on file to allow automatic billing and cancellation charges if applicable.
 

3. Service Scheduling & Use

  • Members are responsible for booking their own appointments.
  • Appointments are subject to availability, especially during peak hours, so advance booking is strongly recommended.
  • If you are unable to attend a booked session, 24-hour notice is required to reschedule.
  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be counted as used.
  • No-shows without notice may result in temporary booking restrictions.
 

4. Service Rollover Policy

  • Unused monthly services do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Each month’s benefits reset with each billing cycle.
 

5. Family & Friends Discount Policy

  • Members may share their membership discount with up to 3 family/friends per month.
  • Additional guests beyond the limit will be charged at regular prices or may receive a standard first-time visitor promotion if available.
  • Discounts are not cumulative and apply only during the month of eligibility.
 

6. Membership Freezes

  • You may request a one-time freeze of your membership for up to 30 days per year due to travel, health, or personal circumstances.
  • Freezes must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
  • Freezes pause billing and access to services for the duration of the freeze.
 

7. Non-Transferable

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the membership.
  • Identification may be requested at time of service.
 

8. Results & Expectations

  • Hair growth and scalp treatment results may vary depending on the client’s individual condition, lifestyle, and adherence to the treatment plan.
  • Regular attendance and proper home care are essential for best results.
  • No guarantees are made regarding results.
 

9. Salon Rights

  • The salon reserves the right to modify membership pricing, terms, or included services with 30 days’ notice.
  • The salon may also cancel a membership at any time for misuse, inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with policies, or failure to meet payment obligations.
  • All policy updates will be communicated in writing or posted on the salon’s official website.
